St. John Vianney uses an online grade-tracking / reporting system called TeacherEase.  One of the features of the system is that it allows parents (and students) to access grades online in real-time.  Studies have shown that:   Once parents access TeacherEase, average scores improve 8%   Once parents access TeacherEase, missed assignments drops by 41%   Once students access TeacherEase, average scores improved 5%   Once students access TeacherEase, missed homework dropped 40%

Q:  How do I access my (or my child's) grades online? A:  Fill in the form to the left, and an introductory email (and initial password) will be sent to you, typically within 48 hours.  All information is REQUIRED and will be VERIFIED against official school records to assure confidentiality.  Parents and / or students may request a logon.  The initial email will explain exactly where to go to logon to the system.  Q:  I registered my child last year.  Do I need to re-register? A:  NO.  Access to the system continues for each subsequent school year.  Grades are also preserved from year-to-year and may be viewed at anytime. Q:  I have more than one child.  Do I need to fill out a form for each one? A:  NO.  If you fill out the form for one of your children, access to all will be granted through the email address you provide. Q:  Is the service free? A:  For parents and students, there is no additional charge.  The cost of the system is reflected in the technology fees assessed at the beginning of the year.
